You can delete your Fuelora account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your account credentials (email, password)
- Profile information (name, age, height, weight, medication details)
- All injection logs, side effect records, and body zone history
- All meal and nutrition logs
- All hydration and fluid tracking logs
- All weight log history
- Nutrition goals and preferences
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open Fuelora on your device
- Go to Settings (bottom right tab)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your account:
- Send an email to
- Subject line: Fuelora Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Fuelora account
- We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days
Before You Delete
- Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Go to your device settings to cancel before deleting your account, or you may continue to be charged.
- Export your data. If you have Premium, you can generate a PDF report of your injection, nutrition, and weight history from the Progress screen before deleting.
